The website intake checks submitted fields on the server, uses signed form sessions, restricts supplied browser origins and limits request size. Shared rate limiting and submission tracking help protect the process from abuse and repeated submissions.
Production intake is designed to return an unavailable response if required signing, shared-storage or durable-provider configuration is missing. A successful provider-backed request is recorded before an optional internal notification is sent.

Resend delivers website enquiries to our team by email. Our shared Redis store supports abuse protection and duplicate-submission prevention without storing enquiry contents. The website runs on our managed infrastructure.
That list describes the website enquiry path. Product infrastructure, subprocessors, model use and data boundaries should be established for the relevant service and engagement. We do not ask you to infer those arrangements from a marketing demonstration.
