Who we are

BlackReach Limited is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at contact@blackreach.co.

Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, email address, company, role, stated priority and any message you choose to provide. When you submit a project enquiry through this website, we collect your name, email address, organisation and any optional context you provide. Our hosting and security controls may also process limited technical information necessary to protect the form from abuse. If you contact us by email about a project, we also process the contact details and information you choose to include in that enquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange relevant product or project conversations, operate the website enquiry process, prevent misuse and maintain a record of the request. We do not use the message field to make solely automated decisions about you.

Lawful basis

We process business-enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, developing BlackReach and protecting the website. Where processing is needed to take steps at your request before a future contract, we may also rely on that basis. We review this position as the service develops.

Service providers

Resend sends website enquiries to our team by email. Our shared Redis store provides abuse protection and duplicate-submission prevention without storing enquiry contents. The website runs on our managed infrastructure. Service providers act under their applicable contractual and security arrangements; we do not sell enquiry data.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, security or record-keeping reasons. We then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first at contact@blackreach.co so we can try to help.

Security and updates

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this website and its enquiry process. No internet transmission is completely secure. We may update this notice as the product and its providers develop; the latest version will appear here.
