Who we are

BlackReach Limited is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at contact@blackreach.co.

Information we collect

When you request early access, we collect your name, email address, company, role, company type, stated priority, design-partner interest and any message you choose to provide. Our hosting and security controls may also process limited technical information necessary to protect the form from abuse.

Website analytics

Vercel Analytics is disabled by default and loads only when BlackReach explicitly enables it for the deployment. If enabled, it provides aggregate page and interaction reporting and may process limited device and request information needed to produce those reports. BlackReach conversion events are restricted to event names, counts, workflow stages and HTTP status codes; they never include form contents, names, email addresses or company details.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange relevant product conversations, operate the early-access process, prevent misuse and maintain a record of the request. We do not use the message field to make solely automated decisions about you.

Lawful basis

We process business-enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, developing BlackReach and protecting the website. Where processing is needed to take steps at your request before a future contract, we may also rely on that basis. We review this position as the service develops.

Service providers

Where configured for the production intake, HubSpot stores the contact and early-access note, Upstash provides shared abuse protection and submission idempotency, and Resend sends an internal notification after the lead is stored. The website is intended to be hosted on Vercel. These providers act under their applicable contractual and security arrangements; we do not sell early-access data.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Retention

We keep early-access enquiry records for up to 12 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, security or record-keeping reasons. We then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first at contact@blackreach.co so we can try to help.

Security and updates

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this website and its early-access process. No internet transmission is completely secure. We may update this notice as the product and its providers develop; the latest version will appear here.
